WHAT ARE YOUR TAX PREPARATION SERVICE FEES?
Our tax preparation fees are based on amount of work involved. We make a careful review of your needs and advise in advance of providing the service.
How Do I Pay the Tax Preparation fees?
Our fees are due when the service rendered. If you are unable to pay in advance, our banking partner will withdraw the fees from your tax return. So there is no money out of pocket in most of our cases?
HOW LONG SHOULD I KEEP MY TAX RECORDS FOR?
Keep records for 3 years from the date you filed your original return or 2 years from the date you paid the tax, whichever is later, if you file a claim for credit or refund after you file your return. Keep records for 7 years if you file a claim for a loss from worthless securities or bad debt deduction
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AN ACCOUNTANT, A CPA AND A BOOKKEEPER?
A bookkeeper will help you with the daily financial transactions such as purchases, receipts, sales and payments. The bookkeeping process records these transactions on the general ledger or journal. However, this is just part of the accounting process. An accountant will step in to interpret, analyze and summarize financial data. A CPA is licensed by the state.
